THE ROLE: MARKETING ASSOCIATE

We’re looking for an amazing new team member to help with all things digital marketing . With a focus on social media, influencer marketing and content creation, this person will need to be both a creative thinker as well as someone who can get in the details and hit deadlines. 

Hours: 20 hours weekly with the option to go full time January 2023 (or sooner!)

THE DETAILS:

The primary focus of this position is a design heavy role focused on the development of creative assets including email campaigns, social media assets, newsletters, video and reel content and other design elements as needed.

Must be very comfortable using Canva and/or Photoshop for creative development. In addition, must be comfortable editing short form video.

Interest or experience in using Shopify and Squarespace platforms.

Additional tasks:

• Regular brainstorming sessions always considering new and innovative ways to help our clients grow 

• Social media coordination and management support

  • Creation and organization of digital assets using Google Drive and Loomly

  • Development of editorial calendars, scheduling and posting

  • Hashtag strategy development and sharing 

  • Monthly reporting

• Ongoing research and reporting as needed
